KARACHI: Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) broke another all time high
record in Monday trade as the investors were seen active in
the blue chip scrip, Business92 reported.
The benchmark KSE-100 index gained 144 points during intra-day
trade and reached the record level of 43,151 points. Till 1200hrs,
the index made a high of 43,185 points and fell to the low of 42,999 points.
Investors were seen active in banking, chemical and aviation scrip.
Some 40.8 million shares worth Rs3.395 billion exchanged hands.
Analysts say that demand of cement has increased in the wake of ongoing mega development projects and banking scrip were also in limelight for taking smart gains.
