ISAMABAD: Foreign office rejecting India’s appeal in International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding its spy Kulbhushan Jadav, who was involved in terror activities in Pakistan, said that the case was not in jurisdiction of ICJ.

Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua and Additional secretary  in UN Tasneem Aslam met with Attorney General (AG) Ashtar Ausaf in supreme court and discussed with him deliberations regarding the Indian appeal in ICJ over Kulbhushan Jadav case.

They also discussed the letter sent by ICJ, after long discussion it was decided that Pakistan will present case with full strength in ICJ, however they have the agreement that the case was not in jurisdiction of ICJ.

Foreign office told the AG that Indian stance over the  Kulbhushan Jadav in its plea in ICJ was very weak as the declaration does not accept the ICJ role in Pakistan’s internal and security affairs.
