In his plea, Pakistan Workers Party (PWP) Chairman Khudai-e-Dost Kakar argued Bugti, who is living in Switzerland, has welcomed a controversial statement by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding Balochistan on August 15.
Bugti is also accused of leading Baloch Republican Army, a designated terrorist group.
“Brahamdagh Bugti is involved in anti-state activities in Balochistan at the behest of Modi and his country’s spy agency RAW,” he said.
The applicant said that Bugti be booked under Article 6 of the Constitution.
