Four civilians, 6 Indian troops killed in border skirmishes: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: At least four civilians including a woman embraced shahdat
and ten others sustained injuries along the Line of Control (LoC)
following unprovoked firing by the Indian troops on Monday (LOC Attack News).

Six Indian soldiers were also killed following retaliatory fire by the
Pakistani troops across the LoC.

According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), those who embraced
martyrdom were identified as Nazia Kausar wife of M.Rasheed resident of
village Gai Mathrani at Karela sector, Irfan son of Lal Muhammad village
Jabbar Dheri at Jandrot sector, Atique son of Manzoor and Taswar son of
Shabbir both residents of village Baroh at Baroh Sector.

It also said there are reports of heavy casualties of Indian soldiers due to effective
retaliatory fire by Pakistani troops.

Six Indian soldiers have also been confirmed killed till now, it added.

Pakistan summons Indian Dy. High Commissioner

Moreover, Indian Deputy High Commissioner J.P.Singh on Monday was summoned to the Foreign Office and conveyed government’s strong condemnation over the unprovoked ceasefire violations by Indian occupation forces on the Line of Control (IoK) in Khuiratta sector.

The violation resulted in shahadat of four innocent children, including three girls and one boy, and injuries to two other civilians on November 19.
