Sardar Abdul Majeed appointed new Sindh police chief

KARACHI: Sardar Abdul Majeed was appointed the new I.G. Sindh in place of A.D. Khawaja on Saturday.

A notification was also issued regarding the appointment of Abdul Majeed as the new I.G. Sindh. According to details, Sardar Abdul Majeed hails from Balochistan and has served for 32 years in the police and began his career as Liyari’s ASP.

Prior to his appointment as the new I.G. Sindh, Sardar Abdul Majeed was serving as the Additional I.G. Research Department. Reportedly, he like to regularly indulge in yoga exercise and has a stern disposition.
