ISLAMABAD: Defense analysts have termed appointment
of the new military leadership a ‘good decision’ and hoped that
new leaders would deal challenges effectively, Business92 reported.

Moreover, Former Lt. General Ziauddin Butt has said that experience to lead Corps
10 would help General Qamar Javed Bajwa taking quick and bold decisions
regarding Line of Control (LoC).

“General Qamar Javed Bajwa possesses a modest personality and his
Corps 10 experience as a commander would help him talking decision
about Kashmir and LoC,” he further added.

Retired Lt. General Abdul Qayyum also said Pakistan Amry is an institution
that prepare his officers for all the times and General Qamar Javed Bajwa is very
competent general.

Analysts also believe that news military leadership is being changed in times when
India is consistently attacking Pakistan along Line of Control (LoC) and China
Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has also become need of the world’s key players.
The Gwadar port would also soon become hub of international trade and the security
of trade corridor has to be ensured.
