Army Chief urges need to boost military ties between Iran, Pakistan

RAWALPINDI: Iran’s Ambassador to Pakistan Mehdi Hunar Dost called on Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa in Rawalpindi today and discussed regional security situation and matters of mutual interests.

The Army Chief said that Pakistan gives importance to its historic relations with Iran. He said that no compromise will be made in relations with Iran. He said military relations between the two countries will have positive impact on the regional peace.

The Iranian Ambassador in his remarks appreciated Radd-ul-Fasaad operation against the terrorists.
