LAHORE: Pakistan Railways has introduced E-ticketing mobile application aimed to facilitate passengers so that they could reserves their seat just click of a finger.
Following the introduction of mobile application the passengers now can reserve their seats at home by a click getting rid of long queues at booking offices.
Addressing to E-ticketing smart phone application ceremony minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique said that government wanted to turned the Pakistan Railways into world’s one of the modernized train service including investment in Railways’ basic infrastructure.
” I promise to turning of Pakistan Railways further modernized and active institute,” he said adding that bringing investment was a difficult job but to making profit from it more difficult.
He revealed that a project of ML-one under construction and after of its completion the train could be travel 160km per hour and a feasibility report has already been ready.
