ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has left for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Monday in connection with mediation in the backdrop of rifts in Gulf countries.
He will hold talks with the Saudi leadership on the latest situation developing amongst the GCC countries over Qatar.
Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has also accompanied PM Nawaz in today’s one-day emergency tour.
Army Chief will hold meetings with the military leadership of Saudi Arab.
It should be mentioned here that Nawaz Sharif will appear on Thursday before the JIT sanctioned by Supreme Court to probe chargers anchored in Panama Papers.
