ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has decided to file reference for
removal of PML-N MNA Javed Lateef.
The party will also submit resolutions against the MNA who used abusive
language against Saeed’s female family members, will be submitted in provincial assemblies, while privilege motion will also be submitted in the National Assembly.
Chairman PTI chaired an important meeting of party leadership in Bani Gala, during which Latif’s ‘misbehaving’ with Murad Saeed was strongly condemned.
According to PTI spokesperson Naeem-ul-Haq, a reference will be filed with Speaker National Assembly for termination of Javed Lateef’s Assembly membership.
The meeting also decided to submit motions in Punjab, KPK and Sindh Assemblies against the errant treasury member. Naeem-ul-Haq said that Javed Lateef has violated Article 62 and 63, adding that the person misbehaving and using abusive language cannot remain member of Parliament. He told that PTI also decided to file case against Javed Lateef in Shariah court of Sawat.
