Quetta Snowfall News
ISLAMABAD: The Met Office has forecast that upper parts of the country
including Gilgit-Baltistan, Malakand Division and Quetta will receive more
rains and snowfalls.
The office in its weather forecast said that a strong weather system (westerly wave)
is expected to produce more rains in the country from Monday, with rainfall and cold
also expected in Karachi.
The Met Office says snowfall is likely over the hills in Balochistan and northern areas
under the new weather system.
Rain is also expected in coastal areas of Sindh and Balochistan after January 25. It added
that the current cold wave is likely to persist in the upper area of the country.
