Foreign Players PSL Final 2017 News

LAHORE: Peshawar Zalmi captain Darren Sammy and his teammate
Marlon Samuels have agreed to travel to Pakistan if their team qualifies
for the final of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

According to sources, the two West Indian players have given their
consent to Zalmi’s management to play the final in Lahore on March 5.

On the other hand, Islamabad United has suffered a major setback
as their foreign imports Shane Watson, Ben Deckitt and Brad Haddin
are unwilling to come to Lahore.

Sources add that foreign commentators including Alan Wilkins and
Dany Morrison have also turned down a PCB’s invitation to cover the
mega event in Pakistan.

In another setback, PSL’s UK-based broadcaster Sunset+Vine has refused to cover the final in Lahore.

The cricket board has now signed an agreement with Innovative Production.
