International wrestling competition to kick off in Karachi today

KARACHI: The international pro-wrestling competition is going to be held today and twenty wrestlers of world fame have arrived Karachi.

The wrestling contest will be held today evening at KMC Sports Complex in Karachi. Twenty world wrestlers including former WWE star Wade Barrett and four female wrestlers have already arrived to participate in the mega event. Five more wrestlers are also expected to arrive.

Pro-Wrestling Entertainment’s (PWE) Zeeshan Bashir said that the wrestlers have been brought to Pakistan by PWE, which aims to give sport a new height in country.

He said, “Wrestlers have finally arrived in Pakistan; we are bringing a great event for wrestling fans in Pakistan. It is a big event for Pakistan, fans here will see their favourite wrestlers in action in Pakistan.”

The tickets are available online. Students’ category tickets have been sold out while Rs135,000 package is the most expensive ticket available.

    You have done the hard work by bringing them to Pakistan but you were unable to gather audience to show it on live tv. All you had to do was to go to different colleges schools universities and urge the students to come and join the party and I am quite sure you would have managed to get enough crowd to fill a whole stadium. But nothing was done and all that effort was in vain.
