Pakistan tour of West Indies: 25 players finalized for training camp

LAHORE: The names of 25 players have been finalized for the training camp of the
national cricket team for the tour of West Indies.

The names were finalized after the completion of consultation between Chief Selector
Inzamam-ul-Haq and Head Coach Mickey Arthur.

Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board Shaharyar Khan has confirmed that Misbah-ul-Haq
has informed the Board of his availability for the tour and he will lead the Test squad.

Misbah had hinted at retiring from the international cricket after Pakistan lost Brisbane
and Melbourne Tests to Australia and also his own disappointing batting.

Pakistan’s tour of West Indies tour with the first of four T-20 matches on March 26. Pakistan will also play three Test and also three T-20 matches during the tour.

The training camp will start at Qaddafi Stadium from March 11. The players invited to join the camp will report to the Team Management on March 10.
